This weekend I went foraging and found a patch of elderberries!!!
I’m super excited to gather, wash, and process these into a lovely cold-season elixir because elderberries are filled with health boosting benefits.
I also show a common misidentified look-alike plant, POLK WEED, so you can be sure to identify the right one. You do not want to pick and harvest large batches of polk weed berries.
