I love making this beautiful, pink chive-blossom infused vinegar each year. You can use it on almost anything. Try making it with different vinegars too.

Chive blossoms are those little purple flowers that come up from chives in the spring. This is how the plant eventually produces seed, so don’t take all of them if you plan to gather those. Usually there’s more than enough for both purposes though. These little purple buds are edible and carry the flavor of the chives, so you can use them in other ways too.
