Garden Huckleberry Preserves

HARVEST:

Garden Huckleberries (BUY HERE)

INGREDIENTS
4 cups of huckleberries
4 cups of sugar OR 2 cups each Sugar/Honey
1 cup of lemon juice
1 packet pectin

DIRECTIONS:

I processed clean 4 ounce jars for 10 minutes at sea level.
If you live at elevation or use a larger jar, you’ll need to adjust the processing time of your jars.

NOTES:

For a lower sugar recipe, use 1/2 to 1 cup honey per taste and 1/2 to 1 cup sugar.
